Our Mission

The firm’s philosophy of selective client partnerships allow it to devote its resources to providing creative customized benefits strategies followed by proactive service excellence. ELT strives to exceed client expectations and to maintain enjoyable relationships and efficient client interactions.

ELT seeks to establish long term mutually rewarding relationships with rapidly growing and challenging organizations.  The firm wishes to partner with people that they enjoy working with and who adhere to the basic tenets of open communications, honesty, integrity, sincerity, consideration, concern for others and the basic premise that personal relationships are important.  Once ELT identifies and establishes a partnership, the firm commits their resources to covet the relationship with service excellence.
