Tracy has been part of ELT since inception and brings over 14 years of experience in the employee benefits industry.  Her experience has been within a brokerage environment, as well as part of an HR team for private and public employers.  Tracy works closely with her clients to establish short and long term objectives to control benefit costs.  Tracy is well-versed in health care reform, Consumer Directed Health Plan strategy and implementation.

Her primary responsibilities include the analysis and implementation of a wide range of employee benefits plans, including integration of web-based eligibility management systems.  Tracy oversees employee communications and facilitates ongoing administrative training.  In addition, Tracy manages our Client Services team to ensure claims, billing and service issues are resolved, and to ensure our team consistently exceeds client expectations.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and is licensed as a Life agent in California.
