Carli is our benefits administration, payroll systems and human capital management (HCM) solutions expert. She is a NAHU BenTech Certified expert and enjoys widespread special treatment amongst the major HCM systems providers. Prior to becoming a full time consultant, she spent over 15 years working at Paycor, ADP and Ceridian. She experienced many roles from an individual player to leadership. She has unique perspective having had exposure to phenomenal sales and marketing practices to operational excellences. While Carli has a track record of success with these organizations she would attribute her success to the willingness to continue to learn, collaborate, and covet her valued relationships.
